FOUNDER & SYSTEM DESIGNER
Grand Rapids, MichiganConnor Birchmeier began strength training in 2013 and has been competing and coaching powerlifting since 2017. He has coached hundreds of lifters, including the 2022 MHSPLA Women’s State Championship team, 2023 MHSPLA Men’s State Championship team, numerous individual state champions, USA Powerlifting Michigan record holders, and most recently, a 2026 USA Powerlifting National Champion. Connor holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and works full-time as a powerlifting coach.Force Arc was built from that experience. Rather than providing lifters with a single training block, Connor designed Force Arc as a complete training system that can adapt alongside a lifter as their strength, experience, weaknesses, and goals change.
